Our popular Infant Feeding Education Session for Schools and Colleges is one we’ve been running for several years and it always receives great feedback from learners!
Currently available for delivery either as a face to face session or online as a virtual event, the session is delivered by an experienced trainer with extensive knowledge of Infant Feeding and covers a wide range of information, relevant to subjects such as Health and Social Care and the Sciences at both KS4 & KS5.
Infant feeding Education Session for Schools and Colleges:
The session is around an hour long including time for questions and will cover:
- Infant Feeding Choices- What are the choices and the pros and cons of each choice.
- The benefits of breastfeeding and giving breastmilk.
- The differences between breastmilk and artificial milk.
- The composition of breastmilk – this is a practical demonstration which is available only at face to face sessions.
Following the session all learners will be provided with an e-certificate of completion, which may be beneficial for their CV’s and/or college/UCAS applications.
